Graduate Program (in Maranello, Italy).
We offer a unique opportunity to learn

responsibilities. You will start with a 6-
month internship,
followed by a full-time contract where
work on specific
assignments (18-24 months) and in
broader working
groups. With in-house training, team
building sessions

Your Profile
Ferrari is looking for talented,
internationally
experienced graduates from world-class
engineering &
business universities. You will graduate
this year (or
have graduated during 2012) achieving
excellent
academic results, with clear
communication and
leadership abilities. You already have
dedicated
internship experience, including 12-
months’ experience
abroad. Fluency in English and motivation
to learn Italian
is required.
