affection gone too far, police in
Delaware actually did find a couple
having s*x on the roof of a Chipotle
restaurant in Newark. Because nothing
sets the mood like faux Mexican fare.
The lovebirds, Michael Suh, 38, and
Nicole Germack, 27, have been charged
with indecent exposure, lewdness,
loitering, resisting arrest and
conspiracy. After being arrested
yesterday, the two have since been
released on $1,800 bond.
“The female was wearing a black dress
that was pulled up,” said Cpl. James
Spadola. There’s no word on the man’s
attire.
After being asked repeatedly to cease by
the arresting officer, the couple
reportedly continued their illicit
behavior for at least 20 seconds before
disengaging.
The two lovers apparently did not go
quietly. After being interrupted the two
ran to Suh’s apartment nearby, which
has a ladder that accesses the
restaurant’s roof. Officers followed
them there and placed them under
arrest.
